Chandrababu Memorial"Family Quiz Competition and Food festival" conducted on December 20th at AKIS Indian stream school sports hall.It was another successful program of Arang-2013.

Special thanks to all ladies & gents for giving an opportunity to taste those delicious varieties of Kerala dishes to Arang members and family.

പതിനെട്ടാമത്തെ ആന (ഡോക്യുമെന്ടറി ചിത്രം)

 ‘അൽ-വഹ ക്ലബിലെ ‘ഉം ഗാൻ റൂമിൽ’ നവംബർ-23 നു ശനിയാഴ്ച ,വൈകുന്നേരം “പതിനെട്ടാമത്തെ ആന’’എന്ന ഡോക്യുമെന്ടറി ചിത്രം  പ്രദർശിപ്പിച്ചു. ‘പാണ്ട’ അവാർഡ്‌ നേടിയ ഈ ചിത്രം,
 കേരളീയ പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിൽ കരയിലെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ജീവിയായ ആനയെ മുൻനിർത്തി അൻപു മീഡിയ ട്രസ്റ്റ്‌ എറണാകുളം നിർമ്മിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. സൂക്ഷ്മവും വ്യത്യസ്തവുമായ സർഗാത്മക അന്വേഷണത്തിനുള്ള ഒരു ശ്രമമാണ് അഞ്ചര വർഷം എടുത്ത് കേരളത്തിലെ ചലച്ചിത്ര പ്രവർത്തകർ അവരുടെ കൂട്ടായ്മയിലൂടെ നിർമിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള “പതിനെട്ടാമത്തെ ആന’.
പ്രകൃതിയെയും മൃഗങ്ങളെയും സ്നേഹിക്കാൻ ഓർമ്മിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഈ ചിത്രം എല്ലാവർക്കും നല്ലൊരു അനുഭവമായിരിന്നു.
അതിനു ശേഷമുള്ള സംവാദത്തിലും നിറയെ പേർ പങ്കെടുത്തു.

ARANG-SARGA SAMANWAYAM 2013

അരങ്ങിന്റെ പതിനഞ്ചാമത് വാര്‍ഷികാഘോഷം “സര്‍ഗ സമന്വയം 2013നവംബര്‍ 8 നു അൽവഹ ക്ലബ്‌ ബോൾ  റൂമിൽ നടന്നു

കേരളത്തിന്റെ തനതു സംഗീത നൃത്ത ദൃശ്യ കലകള്‍ അതിമാനോഹരമായി കോര്‍ത്തിണക്കിയ “സര്‍ഗ സമന്വയം 2013” തുടക്കം മുതല്‍ ഒടുക്കം വരെ ഹാസ്യാത്മകമായി,നാടകീയ മുഹൂര്‍ത്തങ്ങളിലൂടെ അവതരിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. അരങ്ങിലെ കലാകാരന്മാരുടെയും കലാകാരികളുടെയം കലാപ്രകടനങ്ങള്‍ നിങ്ങളുടെ കണ്ണിനും, കാതിനും മനസ്സിനും കുളിര് നല്കുന്ന നിറവുമുള്ള കാഴ്ചകളായി മാറി.
നമുക്കും നമ്മുടെ കുട്ടികള്‍ക്കും മലയാളത്തിന്റെ മനോഹാരിത നേരില്‍ അറിയാന്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞ അസുലഭ മുഹൂര്‍ത്തങ്ങൾ അരങ്ങിന്റെ ചരിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരവിസ്മരണീയ അനുഭവമായിരിക്കും.

Third Mahila Arang.

Arang Excom-2013 conducted a special program 'Fashion and Cookery show'.The Program was scheduled on Saturday 12th,2013 from 5 pm till 9 pm at the Al-Waha Club Ball room.

 Sreelakshmi Vinod Nambiar was selected as the  Arang Malayali Manka-2013, Shyni Sunilkumar 1st Runner up and Praveena Vinod 2nd Runner up.The show was exciting and all lady members enjoyed it well.

Mr. Mohammad from  Amwaj catering conducted the cookery show.He was showed how to decorate a cake very beautifully.The quick and perfect decorating technique was amazing....!

Arang Onam-Eid-ul-fitr Celebration-2013

Arang Ex-com- 2013 with help from members added colour to this special festival by conducting some special programmes.

ഇന്ടർനെറ്റ് മലയാളം-2013

മലയാള ഭാഷക്ക്  'ശ്രേഷ്ഠ  ഭാഷാ പദവി' ലഭിച്ച ഈ സമയത്ത് മലയാളഭാഷയെ പരിപോഷിപ്പിക്കാൻ ചെറിയൊരു ശ്രമം...... ഇന്ടർനെറ്റ് മലയാളത്തിലൂടെ.....

 ശ്രീ അജു തോമസിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ അവതരിപ്പിച്ച വളരെ വിജ്ഞാനപ്രദവും രസകരവുമായ 'ഇന്ടർനെറ്റ് മലയാളം' എന്ന പഠന ക്ലാസ്സ്‌   വളരെ ലളിതമായി അദ്ദേഹം അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

SAAHITHYOLSAVAM-2013

'Sahithyolsavam' is  an opportunity for our members and children to establish and strengthen the roots with our mother tongue and the rich cultural heritage of our home land Kerala.This is an occasion to exhibit the talents of the young and experienced.This opportunity utilized by Arang members &families exhibited their talents very well.
A big thanks from Arang Ex-com for making this event a great success. Congratulations to all prize winners...!

Second-Mahila Arang-2013

An excellent session conducted by Dr.Bindu Salim  an experienced Psychologist who is as expert in Psycho therapy  for the subject "Understanding developmental needs of children'' .She is working with Delhi Public school as the School Counselor and HOD of Psychology department.Thank you Lady members....!

MUSIC CLUB-2013

Under the umbrella of Arang, a MUSIC CLUB  has been formed on April 20th and first session of music club activities has been completed successfully under guidance of very talented musician  Mr.Marshal D'Silva who is the Music Teacher in Birla public school.

A Coordination  Committee has formed  with the following members....

Arang 'Thiruvathira' team and girls dance team were performed well during ICBF-SANDHYA for supporting the charity activities of  Indian Community Benevolent Forum Qatar  on 12^th April 2013  Friday  at British Stream Sports Hall starting from 4:30 pm.

Arang Family Fun Day-2013

A great Family Fun day at AKIS International School Indian stream sports hall and Al-Farkhiya cost on 06th April 2013,filled with lot of joy exciting activities,thrilling fun games for children,ladies and gents with exciting prizes,Raffle and delicious food. Excom's heartiest thanks to all Arang members for their great support and participation to make the event a grand success.

KALIYARANG - 2013

Kaliyarang is an exciting activity program for children below 15 years and a wonderful opportunity for kids to  enjoy various activities. Sincere thanks to Mr.Pramod for conducting Quiz competition and Mrs.Sossy Chacko for for excellent story presentation to kids.

Badminton Tournament

Arang EXCOM 2013 proudly conducted a 'BADMINTON TOURNAMENT' for MEN & WOMEN at AKIS Indian stream school sports hall on Friday, March 15th. Once again it was the wholehearted support from our members that made this another successful event.

Mahila Arang - 2013

Arang started it's 2013 events with 'Mahila Arang' on 16th February, an evening get-together for the lady members. The 'Introductory Yoga' session by Mrs. Praveena Vinodkumar was very lively and was enjoyed by all the attendees.
